Communication Project
I am happy to report that our communication project has advanced well. AGEAP International now has active several channels that allow for faster communication with our members. These include our email list, Facebook group, communication using WhatsApp groups, and general information through space on the Zamorano webpage where you can find contact information about AGEAP International’s board, as well as members of the national chapters (https://zamorano.polyedra.mx/graduados/).
Our email list remains strong under the leadership of Dr. Ian Zelaya ([email protected]) having reached this month more than 5,000 members.
Our Facebook group led by Gonzalo Coimbra ([email protected]) with 3,000 members allows for quick social media contributions.
And AGEAP International and the national chapters continue to communicate with their members using WhatsApp.
Thus, feel free to contact any of the leaders to be included in any or all of our communication channels.
Webinar series
Zamorano alum Rodrigo Baccaro ([email protected]) has developed a series of webinars with the support of AGEAP International. Two examples of those webinars include: “Climate financing: bankable projects,” and “The importance of data alphabetization.” Next month we will report on the success of these efforts. News from AGEAP Guatemala President Lucas Días ([email protected])
AGEAP Guatemala has been very active even during this time, working online on Zamorano admissions programs. They also organized a fundraiser to help families affected by COVID 19.
Furthermore, they are organizing a way for alums to promote their products and services by developing an E-commerce network. You can see the excellent promotional materials developed for this program here:
